The Penn Law IRAP Chapter began in February of 2010. It is currently run by four student directors and consists of 24 student members. In addition to handling 10 Iraqi refugee cases under the supervision of seven Reed Smith pro bono attorneys, students are engaged in research advocacy projects involving the trafficking and exploitation of Third Country Nationals in Iraq and and FOIA documents related to SIV procedures in government agencies.
