Ana Aranda Morales
Ana Aranda Morales is the Development Assistant at IRAP, where she supports the Development Team with donor relations, fundraising efforts, and administrative coordination to improve team efficiency and impact.
Before joining IRAP, Ana was the Pro Bono Coordinator at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s AIDS Legal Services Project. In this role, she coordinated legal clinics for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), strengthened community partnerships to raise awareness of available legal services, and worked to increase and engage volunteers. Ana also served as the Domestic Violence Program Coordinator at the Maine Volunteer Lawyers Project, where she implemented remote legal aid clinics in response to COVID-19, collaborated with the Executive Director on annual Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events related to various domestic violence topics, and worked closely with domestic violence resource centers across Maine to expand legal aid services for survivors.
Ana holds a B.A. in Hispanic Studies from Colorado Mesa University and is fluent in Spanish. She is dedicated to removing language barriers and often volunteers as a translator and interpreter for Spanish-speaking communities.
