Ways to Give

Celebrate a special occasion, remember a loved one, or honor someone special by dedicating your gift! Simply make a gift online, select “Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone,” and enter their details. If you’d like, IRAP will also notify them with a special e-card.

Donations by check can be made payable to the International Refugee Assistance Project and sent to P.O. Box 21917, New York, NY 10087-1917.

Gifts via ACH, PayPal, and Venmo can now be made directly from IRAP’s online donation page.

Gifts via your donor-advised fund can be made to the International Refugee Assistance Project (EIN 82-2167556).

Gifts by wire transfer can be completed by providing your financial institution with the details below. We kindly request you notify us by email at development@refugeerights.org before initiating your wire to ensure IRAP properly acknowledges your generous gift.

You can have others share in the joy of giving by creating your own fundraiser for IRAP on Facebook or Instagram for your birthday, in tribute to someone you love, or just because. 

To create a fundraising page on Facebook, please follow these steps: 

1. Login to Facebook.
2. On the left, click Fundraisers.
3. On the left, click Raise money.
4. Click Nonprofit.
5. Type: International Refugee Assistance Project
6. Click Select.
7. On the left, enter:
   • The goal amount of money you want to raise
   • The currency you want the funds to be in
8. Click Create and we’re done! 

To create a fundraising page on Instagram, please follow these steps:

1. Tap create new at the bottom or swipe right anywhere in Feed.
2. Create or choose your image and tap Next.
3. Crop and filter your post, and then tap Next.
4. Tap Add fundraiser.
5. Select @RefugeeAssistance 
6. Tap Edit fundraiser go to the “Fundraiser Details” page.
7. Enter the details for your fundraiser and then tap Done.
8. Tap Share. HAPPY FUNDRAISING!
