Dalia Fuleihan
Dalia Fuleihan is a Senior Litigation Attorney with the Litigation Department at IRAP. In this role, Dalia provides direct representation to forcibly displaced persons seeking protection and relief through a range of immigration processes.
Prior to joining IRAP, Dalia worked at a private immigration law firm where she specialized in asylum, removal defense, and other humanitarian visas. Dalia previously was an attorney with the National Immigrant Justice Center’s Asylum Project where she provided direct representation to asylum seekers and mentored pro bono attorneys. Previously, Dalia was an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association. During law school, Dalia participated in her school’s international human rights clinic, interned with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Washington, D.C. and the National Immigrant Justice Center, while also volunteering with IRAP.
Dalia holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and has a B.A. in History and International Studies from Northwestern University.
Dalia is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
