Lisa S. O’Dell
Lisa O’Dell is the Individual Philanthropy Officer at IRAP. In this role, Lisa advances the organization’s fundraising efforts by building meaningful relationships with donors and aligning their interests with IRAP’s mission to support displaced people through legal advocacy.
Prior to joining IRAP, Lisa served as Director of Development at Real Escape from the Sex Trade (REST), where she partnered closely with leadership and the board to shape long-term fundraising goals, strengthen donor relations, and expand resources for victims and survivors of sex trafficking. She has also worked as a consultant, helping small businesses launch Corporate Social Responsibility programs that improved employee engagement and community impact.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Communications from James Madison University and is passionate about elevating the voices of marginalized communities. She has volunteered extensively with organizations serving refugees, trafficking survivors, and those experiencing homelessness.
