Rana Mdanat

Rana Mdanat serves as the Volunteer Program Manager at IRAP, overseeing interns’ and interpreters’ work.

Before joining IRAP, Rana dedicated 11 years to RSC-MENA, managing CIS missions across the MENA region. She coordinated USCIS activities in this role and managed mission logistics, staff, and interpreter operations. Rana brings extensive expertise in conducting refugee interviews and preparing internal and external communications, statistical reports, and quality control materials.

Rana holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Jordan. She has also completed various training certifications from NGOs, focusing on refugee support and project management.
