IRAP shares a new resource, a Toolkit for a Remote Legal Clinic for Afghan Parolees, designed for legal service providers, resettlement agencies, advocates, and community organizations to use when planning a legal clinic. The Toolkit is based on IRAP’s experiences organizing a clinic in early 2022 with partner organizations and a pro bono law firm to serve Afghan parolees. The toolkit contains an overview of the phases of planning a clinic and lessons learned, sample screening forms, training materials, template submissions, and other resources.
