Pam Encinas

Pam Encinas is the Institutional Philanthropy Officer at IRAP. In this role, Pam manages a variety of institutional funder relationships.

Prior to joining IRAP, Pam was the Director of Research Grant Development in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at the University of Denver. She has also served in the roles of Senior Development Manager and Development Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee in Denver.

Pam holds an M.A. in International Human Rights as well as a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership and Operations, both from the University of Denver. Her B.A. is in International Economics and Cultural Affairs, and French from Valparaiso University.
