Sarah Doghjoqa
Sarah is currently serving as a Caseworker with the IRAP Jordan team. Before joining IRAP, Sarah worked for 12 years with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) under the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). Throughout her tenure, she held various positions including Caseworker for MENA region cases, Interpreter, and Supervisor for global Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) processing. Her extensive experience has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of refugee case processing, pipeline and caseload management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end support for refugee applicants—from initial intake to departure.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jordan. She is fluent in both Arabic and English and is known for her strong cross-cultural communication skills. Over the course of her career, she has been recognized for her professionalism, leadership, and ability to manage high-volume caseloads in complex, high-pressure environments.
