Sarah Troyer
Sarah Troyer is the Director of Individual Philanthropy at IRAP. In this role, Sarah leads IRAP’s individual major, mid-level, and grassroots fundraising efforts in collaboration with IRAP’s development, executive, and board leadership.
Sarah has 16 years of development experience and was previously the Director of Institutional Giving at IRAP between 2016 – 2021 before taking a career break. During this previous tenure, Sarah led fundraising efforts with foundations, corporations, and other institutional supporters. Prior to joining IRAP, Sarah was the Major Gifts Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater New York, where she managed activities connected to a capital campaign and a recognition society for major annual fund supporters. In addition, she served as the Director of External Relations at the Global Justice Center, where she implemented a multi-year fundraising strategy to increase and diversify income and helped lead a communications rebrand. She began her career in development at the Association for Psychological Science and the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Sarah holds an B.A. in Middle Eastern & Islamic Studies from New York University.
